Rainbow Fruit Cones from Hello, Yummy

Not ready for Summer to be over? Me neither.  Try this recipe to remind you of hot summer days without the guilt of eating lots of calories and fat.  So simple to throw together within 10 minutes!

Ingredients:

  • Variety of diced fruit to create a rainbow mix – raspberries, mandarin oranges, pineapple, grapes, blueberries and blackberries.
  • Waffle cone

Instructions:

  • Mix the fruit in a bowl and spoon into a waffle cone.
  • Enjoy!
