Are you finding yourself with some unwanted pounds from either too much celebrating or stress? Between a year filled with Medical Mayhem and the holiday season which began with the Halloween candy and ended with celebrating 2025 I have found that my clothes have shrunk. Okay, I “blossomed”. Twenty five pounds of blossom. Yuk!
After cleaning out our refrigerator and pantry with unhealthy foods, I am back to using more natural ingredients, higher protein, lower carb foods. This one fits the bill and is soooo easy, I just have to share.
Ingredients:
1 cup shredded chicken
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 large egg
1 Tbsp Ranch Seasoning
Directions:
Combine ingredients into 3-4 patties. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
